Privacy Policy.
Effective 21 April 2026 · Governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Intuitiv Spaces Inc. (“Intuitiv”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy describes the personal information we collect through this website, our enquiry forms, and the course of a consulting engagement, and how we use, share, retain, and protect that information.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide directly to us — including your name, email address, telephone number, employer, role, the residence in question, and the substance of your enquiry — when you submit a consultation request, correspond with us, or engage our services.
We also collect technical information automatically when you visit the site — including IP address, browser, device, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps — through cookies, tag-management tools, and analytics and visitor-identification services. A current list of the third-party processors we use for these purposes is available on request from privacy@intuitiv.space.

- Respond to enquiries, service requests, and project communications
- Deliver contracted design, programming, and engineering work
- Send you technical notices, updates, and administrative messages
- Comply with legal obligations in the jurisdictions where we operate
- Protect the security of our systems and our clients’ property systems
- Send commercial electronic messages where you have provided consent
How We Share Your Information
Intuitiv may share personal information within the Wenner Group of Companies — O.R. Wenner Ltd., Wenner Security Inc., and Intuitiv Spaces Inc. — but only for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in delivering our services, subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Policy. Service providers may be located outside of Canada, including in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. We require all third-party processors to provide a level of protection equivalent to our obligations under applicable Canadian privacy law.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Intuitiv, our clients, or others.
International Clients and Data Transfers
Intuitiv serves clients globally. By engaging our services or using our website from outside Canada, you acknowledge that your personal information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in Canada and in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. The privacy laws of those jurisdictions may differ from those in your country of residence. We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure your information receives an equivalent level of protection regardless of where it is held.
If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with specific data protection regulations, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Please contact us at privacy@intuitiv.space to exercise those rights or for further information on how we handle cross-border transfers.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security technologies to protect your personal information in transit and at rest. Notwithstanding our efforts, no security controls are 100% effective. In the event of a material breach affecting your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where required, notify affected individuals and report to applicable regulators.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to provide ongoing services, and to comply with legal obligations. Project documentation is typically retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for warranty, reference, and audit purposes. Upon request, we will delete your personal information subject to any legal obligations to retain it.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you are entitled to:
- Access and review the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Withdraw consent for data collection where consent was the lawful basis
- Opt out of commercial electronic communications at any time
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@intuitiv.space.
Cookies and Website Analytics
This website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to support enquiries, measure how the site is used, and improve content over time. We treat consent as opt-in: when you arrive on the site for the first time, a banner asks you to accept all, accept essential only, or customize by category. No analytics or marketing trackers run until you have made a choice.
The categories are:
- Essential. Required for the site to function. Always on. No personally identifying data is collected by these.
- Analytics. Usage measurement, session behaviour, and aggregate traffic patterns — including, where in use, IP-anonymised page analytics, session replay, heatmaps, and tag management. Optional and off by default if you decline.
- Marketing. Visitor identification and lead attribution to support enquiries from prospective and existing clients. Optional and off by default if you decline.
We have kept this list at the level of category and purpose rather than specific vendor names so that the description remains accurate even as we change providers. A current list of the third-party processors used in each category is available on request from privacy@intuitiv.space.
You can change your choices at any time. Click Update cookie preferences here, or use the Cookie preferences link in the site footer.
Independent of cookies, you may also disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features of the site may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
For California residents. We do not sell your personal information. The "Marketing" category above represents the only third-party visitor identification we use, and you can opt out at any time using the link above.
For European Union and United Kingdom residents. Cookies in the analytics and marketing categories are loaded only after you give explicit consent (opt-in). You can withdraw consent at any time using the link above. The legal basis for processing personal information you provide through enquiry forms is the performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one.
Commercial Electronic Messages
Where we send commercial electronic messages to recipients in Canada, we do so in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Where we send commercial electronic messages to recipients elsewhere, we comply with the applicable law of the recipient’s jurisdiction. You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any commercial message or by contacting us at privacy@intuitiv.space.
Changes to This Policy
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce the level of protection of personal information collected pursuant to a previous version without your consent. We will post any changes on this page and encourage you to review it periodically.
