Intuitiv engages once direction is set. Concept, intent, and budget have been established. The work that follows — design development, construction documentation, equipment specification at SKU level, integration logic, custom programming of the control system, the on-panel interface (Tahoe), and the oversight that holds it all together through construction — is what we do.
The deliverable is system design, the programming that runs on it, and the interface a household actually touches. The standard is the same on every project, regardless of geography or local team. We work alongside the engineer of record, the architect, the interior designer, and the licensed integrator who will execute the work in your jurisdiction.
Both include the same scope across four layers: system design, custom programming, the on-panel interface, and integration documentation. The engagements differ only in how active our role is during construction and commissioning.

For projects where the local integrator is established and capable of executing against a coordinated documentation set, with Intuitiv responding to RFIs through the build and certifying the programming and UI/UX once installed.
Everything in Design, plus active management of the integrator through construction, programming sign-off on site, and full commissioning of the on-panel interface alongside the household.
For projects where the principal or design firm wants Intuitiv accountable through to handover. Weekly cadence, RFI turnaround inside 24 hours, virtual site walks at every milestone, on-site programming and UI tuning during commissioning, and final certification of the system against specification.

Active engagements span North America (California, Texas, Florida, Colorado, the Pacific Northwest), Latin America (Mexico City), Europe (Greece), and the Pacific (New Zealand). The studio is based in British Columbia and the senior partners remain there. We work alongside the architects, builders, designers, and fellow AV consultants leading each residence; direct references available on request.
Our focus is ultra-luxury homes for ultra-high-net-worth principals. If you have a project of a different kind — a superyacht, a vineyard estate, a family compound — ask. We accept a small number of non-residential engagements each year, by referral.
