How does Intuitiv AI connect to a Crestron system?

Intuitiv connects through Crestron’s published API and runs alongside the system, reading what it’s already producing. The integration is additive — it adds intelligence to the deployment without disrupting what your programmer already built. Any deeper integration the platform develops in future will follow Crestron’s sanctioned development paths.

What data do you collect?

Device telemetry, system events, network behaviour, and firmware versions emitted by the Crestron system and the IoT devices in the property. The platform also ingests the client comms you explicitly connect (Gmail, Slack). Cameras, microphones, and personal communications outside what you connect are out of scope.

How does per-property billing work?

Each connected property is one billable unit. The volume discount applies across your whole portfolio — 1–5, 6–15, 16–25, 26–100, and 100+ — so a large portfolio pays the portfolio rate, not list times count. Free properties don’t count toward the volume bracket; you can keep evaluating across the whole install base at no cost.

Which Crestron systems are supported?

Crestron Home and the IoT devices in the property are supported today. Crestron Custom (SIMPL / SIMPL# / C#) and Lutron HomeWorks are on the near-term roadmap, in development with the founding partners who run them.

How does the trial work?
